I would like to thank you for your wonderful wound care cream. My black Lab pup is a patient of Debbie Gross-Saunders of The Wizard of Paws. She was hit by a car at 5 months old and there was damage to her radial nerve and ulnar nerve in the left front leg. Guilford Veterinary and New Haven Central Animal Hospital recommended that the leg be removed because she would never walk again. This was confirmed by Dr. Pond, an orthopedic specialist, who looked at her when she was hit in Nov. 04 and again when she was in Guilford Vet in March to be spayed. I simply could not accept their diagnosis and asked to wait until I could explore other options.
I learned of The Wizard of Paws through Otho-Vet. Cali (my dog) was having a common problem of knuckling under and her paw was a mess. She was forever on antibiotics and I would have to bandage her foot 2-3 times daily. Debbie gave me a bottle of your First Aid cream and Wound Care cream. I have been using the Wound Care cream daily and the improvement is just amazing; her sores are looking much better than when I had been using Johnson & Johnson First Aid Cream and Neosporin. The best news of all is that she began walking on all four feet the day after her third laser treatment with Debbie. We are confident that with the use of the Cozy Splint and laser therapy she will be back to her old self soon.
I wanted to thank you for your product and being part of Cali's miraculous recovery.

The Shield & Sheen® stick
is truly a remarkable product. My veterinarian, Dr. Metheney, introduced
me to this product in April 2004. My mare gets severe “Summer
Itch” which is an allergic reaction to insect saliva. Every
summer for the past five years has been a complete nightmare for
me. Just knowing my mare was in complete misery and I had nothing
to offer her for relief. I have spent thousands of dollars on products,
injections, allergy testing, and sheets that covered her entire
body and NOTHING ever worked. For six months during the summer
her entire belly would be covered with inflamed, bleeding sores,
her mane and tail rubbed down to the scalp, and she would have
patches of hair rubbed out throughout her body.
She started to itch even earlier last spring and
I knew it was going to be bad. I was trying to find somewhere to
send her for the summer before things went from bad to worse. Dr.
Metheney happened to have a new stick product with him called Shield & Sheen® that
he wanted me to try to see if it might give her some relief. Relief
was right! She stopped itching right away and for the first time
in five years she looked like a regular horse. She had a full mane
and tail and was absolutely free from irritation. It took the full
six months to make a believer out of me and I will never be without Shield & Sheen® again.
It is very economical to use and only needs to be applied every
3-4 days in extreme cases. I have read numerous stories about others
who are faced with the same horrifying problem. This IS the product
for all of those out there still fighting the battle! Shield & Sheen® prevents
the problem before it can start!!!!!!!

We are writing in support of the MedZone Vet® line of veterinary products. We have had an opportunity to use these products in a limited capacity with very promising results thus far. Upon the opening of our new facility in March 2005, we will continue to incorporate these products in our Rehabilitation and Pain Center and will continue to investigate and document their benefits. We are looking forward to incorporating MedZone Vet® to enhance the healing outcomes for our patients.
